In order to structure the interactions with the other EU Programs, The ANAEE consortium under the responsability of Dr Wolgang Weisser (FSU) organize a meeting with other EU Projects in Berlin on December 22^nd 23^rd 2008.  In Order to avoid redundancies and to favour complementarities, this meeting has been organized with some beneficiaries of ANAEE and members of the  staff of ICOS, LIFEWATCH and NOHA.

A second Meeting took place in Paris on  March 16th, 2009  with ANAEE, LIFEWATCH, ICOS, LTER-Europe, NOHA and TERENO. A common Draft  has been elaborated to summarize the interactions between those projects.

A final meeting  took place in Brussels on June 22th, 2009. The main subject was to finalize the draft document "European Environmental Research Infrastructures Platform" which aims to give to the EU commission a global reflexion on European Environmental Research Infrastructures platform (EERIP). This document has been present to members of the EU commission and the chair of the Environment ESFRI committee, Dr Eeva IKonen.
